O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court viz., the Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur may be directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2009 within a stipulated time, for which the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

2.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.The Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.It is open to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the trial Court to bring themselves on record as the legal representatives

of the deceased 1st plaintiff. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
