This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the respondent police to accord police protection to the petitioner wakf on the basis of complaint dated 25.11.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the incident is of the year 2013. The police protection as sought for in the year 2014. At this length of time, no direction can be issued by this Court.
