Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2015.

O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 15.06.2015 by which the petitioner has sought loan for starting a Departmental Stores, the present writ petition has been filed.

It is seen from the records that by reply notice dated 12.10.2015, the 1st respondent Bank has stated that they are ready to grant the loan sought by the petitioner, without any security, provided the petitioner complies with the requirements under the rules and regulations.

respondent Bank submitted that as and when the petitioner appears before the Bank, the Bank will do the needful, if she complies with all the requirements.

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank in this regard, in which event, the respondent Bank shall consider her request for grant of loan as per the rules and regulations. No costs.
