Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2327/A1/2016 dated 12.08.2016 and promoting the fourth respondent to the post of Middle School Headmaster and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Middle School Headmaster in Veppanapalli Union, Krishnagiri District as per 2016 panel and as per the promotion order already issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2327/A1/2016 dated 06.08.2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
