O R D E R
The petitioner filed a petition under Section 10 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920, before the Subordinate Court at Salem. The petition was returned on multiple occasions by the learned Trial Judge. The petitioner, without representing the original petition, after answering the queries, filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Trial Court to number the petition and decide it on merits.
2. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner represented the papers and even thereafter, it was returned by the Registry of the Subordinate Court at Salem.
3. The petitioner is given liberty to answer the queries raised by the Office of the Subordinate Court at Salem.
4. The learned Subordinate Judge, Salem is directed to consider the explanation to the queries and number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.

The Registry is directed to return the original of the petition to the petitioner forthwith.
