C.M.P.No.13513 of 2021 and Tr.C.M.P.No.449 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to allow the petitioner to amend the prayer made in the above Tr.C.M.P as to "withdraw O.P.No.2613 of 2021 from the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
