ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to issue patta in Old S.F.No.104/1 in Re-S.F.No.104/16 in Pattakkaranpalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District to an extent of 0.0224 sq.meters in favour of the Petitioner as per the representations of the Petitioner dated 13.02.2012, 20.11.2012 and 08.08.2024.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that representations of petitioner would be considered and orders passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which was readily accepted by the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to consider the 2/4

petitioner representations, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons/stake holders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representations and it is open to the concerned respondents to consider the representations on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
