The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
