O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2014 by providing water connection to the petitioner's house. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 24.02.2014 seeking for water connection, the respondents have not passed any order so far.

3.Since the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 24.02.2014, it would be appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to consider the same and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
