This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9184 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the V6, Kolathur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9184 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram, on 1st working day of every month, until further orders. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent Police.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
