The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(B) IPC in Crime No.28 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case, as if, he conspired with the other accused by way of impersonation and created fake power of attorney to grab the property of the defacto complainant. He further submits that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner along with other accused impersonated and created forged documents in favour of this petitioner. Therefore, he sold the property to other accused. He actively participated in creation of forged documents. gd However, now the property is in possession of the defacto complainant.
