ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the District Munsif, Krishnagiri to dispose the original suit in OS.No.151 of 2022 filed by the respondent herein

2. The brief facts of the case is as follows:- The petitioners are the defendants in the suit. The said suit 1/5

was filed for permanent injunction. Pending suit, the petitioners have come up with the present petition, as the suit is pending for more than one year without any progress.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit is filed in the year 2022. The defendnat has also filed his written statement. Thereafter, the matter was pending without any progress till date, therefore, seeks for early disposal.

4 Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the suit is pending for more than a year and the parties to the suit are senior citizens and the matter is pending for enquiry without any progress, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri to take up the suit in OS.No.151 of 2022 and pass appropriate orders, as per the procedure established under Law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. In view of the above, the present Revision is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.09.2023 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No 2/5
