Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case bundle was earlier handled by the previous counsel has now been appointed as a Judicial Magistrate and therefore, the case papers are not traceable. She also do not have any instructions. Hence prays for dismissal with a permission to restore the revision.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to restore the same. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
