PRAYER in Crl.OP.No.16998 of 2020: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2020.
PRAYER in Crl.OP.No.17982 of 2020: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a FIR on the complaints of the petitioner dated 22.08.2020, 11.10.2020 and 24.10.2020 vide CSR.NOs.412 and 537 of 20 in accordance with law and file final report. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that both the petitioners are none other than the father and daughter. In one case, the father has lodged a complaint as against his daughter and in another case, the daughter has lodged a complaint as against her father.
3. Both the complaints have been forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer/ Executive Manager, Chengalpattu to initiate proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C and it is pending.
4. Considering the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer/Executed Magistrate, Chengalpattu is directed to issue notice to the petitioner in both the petitions and other parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if any of the offence committed by any party, both the parties are at liberty to approach the first respondent or the learned Judicial Magistrate for appropriate relief.
