This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Mu. Moo. No. 14172/ 2015/ O.1 dated 12.09.2016 and the consequential impugned order of the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka.2440/ 2017/Aa dated 08.09.2017 and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

The grievance expressed by the petitioner in this Writ Petition is more in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, this Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation. In fact, even on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had approached this Court only by filing a Public Interest Litigation and directions were issued by this Court, pursuant to which, the impugned orders came to be passed. 2.

This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
