Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 05.01.2014 made by the petitioner with regard to grant of disability pension within a period of four weeks or any other time limit as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 05.01.2014 made by the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard to grant of disability pension within a stipulated time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner's earlier representation dated 19.03.2014 has been considered by the Tahsildar (SSS), Denkanikottai and the same has been rejected by proceedings in Roc.No.466/2014 dated 05.06.2014 and hence nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition for adjudication. 3.Recording the above submission, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for seeking the benefit of Disability Pension Scheme, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
