The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 380 @ Man Missing, 380, 109 of IPC r/w 34 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that investigation was completed and final report was also filed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
