This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking police protection for the construction/renovation of the Arulmigu Kulakarai Varasithi Vinayagar Temple situated at Bakthavatchalam Street, Ward No.9, Minjur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2.
On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he was issued with C.S.R.No.178 of 2005 dated 28.04.2025. He further submitted that in respect of the above issue, already an enquiry is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. 3.
Considering the above submissions, this Court is not
inclined to grant police protection and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
