This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8353 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and there is no requirement to report before the Investigating Officer.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the direction to the petitioner that he should report before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail.
