... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2021 for

fixing the fee by increasing 10% of the fees fixed for the 2020-2021 academic year and fix the same for the academic years 2021-2022 to 20232024 for the member schools of the petitioner Federation or in the alternative permit the petitioner federation member schools to receive the very same fee fixed for the academic year 2020-2021 for the above said three academic years.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:
