This Court vide order dated 10.07.2023 directed the petitioner/tenant to vacate the petition-premises on or before 28.08.2023, failing which, the respondents shall take steps for attaching the properties of the tenant and recover the possession, if so advised and a direction was issued to the registry to list the matter on 30.08.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the respondent that the petitioner has not complied with the orders passed by this Court.
