This Petition has been filed to bring on record the Respondents 10 & 11 as Respondents 11 & 12 viz., Thanigai Thavamani husband of the 1st Respondent aged about 69 years and Sri Ram Thanigai, S/o.Thanigai Thavamani aged about 43 years both residing at No.187/, Mathi Apartment, Lingam Road, K.K.Nagar, Chennai 600 078, the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Respondent S.Prema, W/o.Thanigai Thavamani in A.S.N.234 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for Respondents 1 to 7 & 9, learned counsel for the 11th Respondent. 3.It is represented that R1 died on 15.11.2023 and R10 & R11 are the legal representatives of the R1. Pending Appeal, it is reported that R10 also died. Hence, R11 is the only legalheir of R1. 4.The factum of the death of S.Prema and Thanigai Thavamani are not denied and the details of legal representative of the deceased persons also not denied by the learned counsel appearing on the side of the Respondents. 1/3

Therefore, Registry is directed to implead the following as party Respondent to the proceedings:

Sri Ram Thanigai, S/o.Thanigai Thavamani, No.187/, Mathi Apartment, Lingam Road, K.K.Nagar, Chennai 600 078 5.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
