Assistant (Tamil) in the 5th respondent school in violation of Rule 28 (2) (a) of Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 2023, in suppression of material facts and consequently, direct he respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) in the 5th respondent school, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter dated 30.06.2025 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect
2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6, who is the Management of the School, would submit that the present writ petition is frivolous and against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.23725 2/4
of 2019, dated 04.04.2022 and prayed to impose a cost.
3. However, taking into consideration of the peculier circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
