This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner on 12.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7630 of 2023 to comply with the order of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the "Taluk Legal Services Authority, attached to the concerned Court" and on such payment, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
