This petition has been filed to implead the Block Development Officer, Kattankolathur, Kanchipuram District as 18th respondent in the writ petition.

The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) accepts notice on behalf of the proposed 18th respondent and has no objection to the Block Development Officer, Kattankolathur, being added as party respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
