These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.8400 & 8446 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
