Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned Orders / Proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/6016/2012 dated 15.05.2013, ordering to recover the arrears of property tax and professional taxes amounting to Rs.38,412/- pertaining to the year 1999-2000 from the salary of the petitioner with the initial installment Rs.412 and the remaining 10 installments at Rs.3,800/- per installment, issued by the 2nd respondent, the Commissioner, Corporation of Erode and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to refund Rs.412 made as recovery already effected from the salary of the petitioner in the month of October, 2013.
