This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Pre arrest/Anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.No.9830 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 in relation with crime No.71 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police,

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
