The writ petitioner has subsequently filed W.P.No.29448 of 2017, based on the amendments issued in the year 2015 in Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 2003.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has subsequently filed a writ petition challenging the amendments made during the pendency of this writ petition, all the grounds raised in this writ petition may be raised by the writ petitioner in the other writ petition i.e. WP No.29448 of 2017, pending before this Court. However, the relief sought for in the present case and the cause did not exist and thus, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
