Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent culminating in the impugned Notice in Lr.No.SE/CEDC/N/AEE/Gl/F.Harmonics-2011/D.1339/15 dated 09.09.2015 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents, their men, officers, servants, representatives and/or any one claiming through or under them and/or or any other person from in any manner insisting on harmonic control and levying demanding and/or collecting charges towards compensation for harmonics dumping from the petitioner for their HT SC No.2011 either through the

CC Bills or in any other manner who is connected with 11 KV supply line.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire consumption charges including the harmonic charges have been paid and therefore, there is nothing to be challenged and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
