Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of NO REPRESENTATION, for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 5th Respondents, the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.10.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted on 20.10.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
