[ Respondents in all the WPs.] Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioners representations dated 20.12.2014 and 10.01.2015 and 12.01.2015 seeking for amendment of column 3 in items 75, 82, 77, 20 and 66 respectively of G.O.(1D) No.86 School Education (HSE-2) Department dated 02.03.2011 as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics Chemistry, Physics, Economics and Mathematics respectively), instead of Graduate Teachers - Physics, Chemistry, Physics, English and Mathematics respectively, within the stipulated time.
For Petitioners : Mr.J.Agni Selvaraju For Respondents : Mr.M.S.Ramesh, AGP C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed the above writ petitions to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider their representations dated 20.12.2014 and 10.01.2015, seeking for amendment of Column 3 in item Nos.75, 82, 77, 20 and 66
respectively of G.O.(1D) No.86, School Education (HSE-2) Department dated 02.03.2011 as Post Graduate Assistants - Physics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Economics respectively, instead of Graduate Teachers - Physics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English respectively, within a stipulated time.
2. Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the representations given by the petitioners within a stipulated time.

It is the case of the petitioners that their representations dated 20.12.2014 and 10.01.2015 seeking for amendment of the G.O.(1D) No.86, School Education (HSE-2) Department dated 02.03.2011 were not considered by the 1st respondent till this date.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the 1st respondent has not considered the said representations till this date, the petitioners are put to hardship and prejudice.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petitions, without expressing any opinion on the the merits of the cases, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representations dated 20.12.2014 and 10.01.2015 seeking for amendment of the G.O. dated 02.03.2011 on merits and in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
