Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2021 sent for cancelling the fraudulent legal heirship certificate dated 03.01.2015 in Ref: Ni.Mu.No.4717/2015/C1 obtained by the 4th respondent. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her statutory appeal, which is now pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. The petitioner aggrieved by the issuance of the Legal Heirship certificate excluding her name has filed the statutory appeal before the 2nd respondent on 27.11.2021 seeking for cancellation of the Legal Heirship certificate dated 03.01.2015.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's statutory appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, expeditiously, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 27.11.2021, seeking for cancellation of the Legal Heirship certificate dated 2/4

03.01.2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and any other necessary party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
