O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 1st respondent to pass an order on the petitioner's arbitration application dated 01.05.2004.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondents and an award has been passed. Thereafter, challenging the award, the petitioner has filed the arbitration proceedings with the 1st respondent, but so far no order has been passed.

3. Earlier, notice was ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the 1st respondent had already passed an order in the arbitration https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings filed by the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submissions, as the order has already been passed in the petitioner's arbitration application, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
