According to the petitioner, he is a contractor and he made a representation on 14.03.2015 to the respondent, requesting to disburse the bill amount in petty contractor's bill No.FF/190/2248, dated 6.10.2007 apart from settling the earnest money deposit amount together with interest to the petitioner.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is some objection over the existence of work order itself and the genuineness of the bill drawn, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the same, a direction is hereby issued to the respondents to pass orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2015 in accordance with law and on merits, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
