The learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.10448 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
