Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records in Crime No.52 of 2013 on the file of the (Anti Land Grabbing Cell) District Crime Branch, Kanchipuram District and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners.

ORDER

This petition has been filed call for the records in Crime No.52 of 2013 on the file of the (Anti Land Grabbing Cell) District Crime Branch, Kanchipuram District and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.52 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 05.02.2013 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
