The petitioner is a local Cable Operator of Vijayapuram and Pulivalam ares of Thiruvarur District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is collecting the amounts directly from the customers instead of from the petitioner and though a representation has been made by the petitioner on 21.07.2015, the respondents have not disposed of. Hence the writ petition.

2. Considering the facts of the case and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is hereby issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2015 in accordance with law and on merits, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
