A.No.2611 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement of the proceedings on account of the death of the plaintiff. A.No.2612 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff as the plaintiff.

2. The respondent has no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavits in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed. As a consequence, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 04.08.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendant.
