ORDER

This application has been filed seeking an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the applicants peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property or dealing with the suit property, more fully described in the schedule attached to the Judges Summons, pending disposal of the suit.

2. From the records, it is seen that only notice was ordered in this application and no interim order was granted. However, the learned counsel representing respondents 1 to 6, submitted that the respondents 1 to 6, will not interfere with the applicants peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property.
