This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to hand over the original sale deeds bearing Doc.No.6695 of 1987, Doc. No.2055 of 2011, Doc. No.14430 of 2011, Doc.No.15380 of 2013 in their custody to the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to hand over the original sale deeds bearing Doc.No.6695 of 1987, Doc. No.2055 of 2011, Doc. No.14430 of 2011, Doc.No.15380 of 2013 in their custody to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the document No.6695 of 1987 has already been handed over to the petitioner and the documents No. No.14430 of 2011 and Doc.No.15380 of 2013 are with the Sub Registrar and if the petitioner approaches him, the said documents will be handed over to him.
