ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.16436 of 2020 dated 19.10.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, an order has been passed on 09.08.2024, rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order of rejection, the petitioner has filed a fresh Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
