O R D E R

This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.01.2014 in I.A.No.620 of 2011 in O.S.No.85 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Panruti, allowing the application to condone the delay subject to payment of 50% of the suit amount.

2. The revision petition is pending from 2014. The suit claim amount itself is Rs.95,250/-. The petitioners had already deposited Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the suit. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to pay another sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the suit within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit being made and on production of proof of payment, the court below shall take up the case for trial and complete the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
