O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to quash the charge sheet and all proceedings in C.C.No.2377 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners, they have submitted the photo copies https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of Aadhar Cards, Voters Identity Card and Driving Licence viz.,
1) Sathish Kumar - 8447 7188 2467, 2) Ambedkar - TWT2996437, 3) Santhosh Kumar - 6936 2303 4523 and 4) Vinayagam.V - TN01 20150010676 respectively and the defacto complainant has submitted the photocopy of his Voters Identity Card viz. Ravi - KRC8225787, after verification of the original, the same are recorded.
4. An affidavit dated 15.12.2017 was filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2377 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.2377 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
