This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.12.2014 and further to direct the 1st respondent to supervise the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
