ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No. 53 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.07.2013, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police had filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.46 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram and the same is posted for hearing on 04.10.2021.

5. Recording his submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
