3. The learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed to allow this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, in the interest of justice and in order to give one more opportunity to the applicant to contest its case on merit, this Court is inclined to allow this application on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Adyar Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai. on or before 30.01.2024.
