This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide protection to the petitioners at the time of subdivision of their properties in S.No.34/17, 34/10, 34/11 and 34/9, Meyyanur village, Salem Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The petitioner is required to make necessary application to the Tahsildar and when the Revenue authorities come to the place for measuring the land, the police are directed to provide sufficient security for the Revenue Officials.
