ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner made a representation to respondents 1 to 3, on 23.12.2015, alleging that R4 and R5 have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

physically assaulted her son. The petitioner was also stated to be orally abused. Therefore, seeking action on the above said complaint, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought to the notice of this Court the photographs indicating the injuries sustained by the petitioner's son. The said fact was also taken note of by the jurisdictional Magistrate, before whom the boy was produced, in pursuance of the complaint.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2015, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing either to the petitioner or to her representative, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
