ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2014 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 27.12.2014 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 28.02.2015.

4.It is seen from the averments made in the complaint that the dispute is essentially between two groups of people for conducting the Temple festivals. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the Police to register the case.

5.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. If there is any law and order problem, the police shall take sufficient action for maintaining peace.
